Balatonalmádi's largest beach offers many dining establishments, opportunities for relaxation and sports (e.g., beach volleyball courts, water amusement park, water sports equipment), an EU-compliant playground, and a beach library. The youngest visitors can enjoy a sandy area with shading and a children's slide. Payments are accepted at the ticket offices via Széchenyi Recreation Card (SZÉP-card OTP, MBH, K&H) and bank cards. Parking is free.
The main entrance of the Wesselényi Beach, located in Szent Erzsébet Liget, is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, while the eastern entrance can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Parking is available in the beach’s own parking lot within a 50-meter radius and also in the town center. The beach is easily accessible by public transport as well. A bus stop connected to bus services in both directions is located 160 meters from the main entrance (110 meters in a straight line). The bus terminal is 500 meters from the main entrance, and the train station is approximately 400 meters away, both of which can be reached on foot.
Opening Hours:
From June 6. to August 31., daily from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (gates close at 10:00 PM).
The Beach Library is open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (weather permitting), located opposite the children's splash pool.
Within 500 meters from the eastern gate entrance of the Beach, the electric charging station named "Balatonalmádi boat station" is available, which is a destination charging station designed for electric vehicles.

When purchasing an entrance ticket, only one discount can be applied. Discounts cannot be combined.
The ticket prices include VAT.
A maximum of two discounted passes may be purchased per accommodation. Eligibility must be verified with a 2025 utility bill issued in the name of the accommodation owner and the address of the property.
Payment of the venue rental fee for private events exempts participants from purchasing beach entrance tickets.
Due to the amendment of Government Decree 603/2020 (XII.18.), we reserve the right to change the prices.
